Get in on the geometric earring trend

Geometry wasn’t anybody’s favorite subject in high school (was it?), but all those shape lessons are finally coming in handy.
Geometric earrings are a major trend right now. From the runway to the red carpet, geometric earrings are becoming a bigger trend every day. Whether you’re into parallelograms or ovals, there is a shape of ear candy for you. This week we got bent out of shape searching for the best geometric earrings.
Geometric earrings are taking over the fashion world. Here’s where you can get yours:

Back to basics

Basic shapes are your best friend. Simple, affordable and they go with everything. Whether you go for studs or hoops, you will be perfectly in style with these must-buys.

A shape in a shape

For the more creative ladies (and gents) out there, try wearing earrings with one shape inside another to make a bold statement and to show off your love of all things geometry.

Geometric glam

Unique, slightly over the top and very playful, geometric earrings have a glam side as well. Make these earrings your statement piece when you head to the office or on a fun weekend adventure.

Snooki Claims That She Was 'Forcing' Herself To Be Happy While Being On Jersey Shore Family Vacation

Snooki is getting real about her departure from Jersey Shore Family Vacation. It sounds like she has been wanting out for much longer than her recent announcement.
Nicole Polizzi shocked fans when she revealed on her podcast that she would not be returning to the show if there is a fourth season. She cited drama along with the way the show was headed and wanting more time with her kids as the problem. Snooki Claims That She Was 'Forcing' Herself To Be Happy While Being On Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
However, this isn’t a sudden decision for the reality star because she will reveal on a January episode of The Mel Robbins show that she was forcing herself to be happy.
‘I think when I was, like, actually forcing myself to be in a situation that I wasn’t happy in. Like, I was forcing myself to be ‘happy,’ and I’m like, ‘That’s not me.’ I’m not genuinely happy. That’s when I’m like, ‘I’m out.’’
It wasn’t an easy choice to leave the show either.
Snooki went on to say: ‘It was really hard, but I had to think about my happiness and where I really wanted myself to be, and it’s being a mom and being [with my] kids and not drama and drinking… and drama.’
TMZ recently caught up with the mom of three and asked her if there was a spin-off in the works. She answered with a definite ‘no’ claiming that she wants her children to be better than her.
It’s rumored that the drama that unfolded after she was recorded slamming co-star Angelina Pivarnick at her wedding was really what triggered her to say goodbye.
During the podcast announcement, Snooki revealed that her kids were getting ‘death threats’ which is very serious is today’s climate.
Additionally, the clothing line owner went back to filming only a few months after having her newborn.
Do you think Snooki is making the right decision?

A Lot Of Great Updates Are Now Live In Fortnite Thanks To Latest Patch; Including Split-Screen For Co-Op

Fortnite is the premier battle royale game even to this day. It’s amazing to see how far it has come since first launching in 2017. A huge reason why this game has dominated the charts for so long is that the developer — Epic Games — knows when to add a major update.
Time and time again, this game gets better in various ways and receives themed content. It’s happening again thanks to the latest patch, which is now live for all major platforms. There are a lot of noteworthy improvements, so let’s break them down in full detail. a lot of great updates are now live in fortnite thanks to latest patch; including split-screen for co-op.
First up we have split-screen capabilities for those looking to play co-op matches. This has been a highly requested feature ever since Fortnite came out. The developers have finally listened and this should lead to some incredible shared experiences with friends playing on the same TV. The split-screen feature will be available for both solo and duo modes on the PS4 and Xbox One.
The ammo indicator has also been adjusted by Epic Games. Now, instead of just looking at a bar, there are figures players can see on their screen. The benefit here is knowing exactly how many bullets you have left before you need to find more ammunition. It should make the combat in Fortnite all the better.
If you visit the Item Shop regularly, you’ll be happy to know that the gifting item quantity has now been raised from 3 to 5. Thus, if you’re feeling generous this December as we draw closer to Christmas, you can give more friends awesome gear. That’s not the only change happening to the Item Shop. If you play Fortnite with a mobile device, you can now preview items without having to start a session. It’s a much more convenient way of seeing what items you would like to add next for an upcoming match.
These are just some of the updates. A bevvy of bugs have also been addressed. For example, some items and structures that have appeared pixelated have been revamped completely. Overall, these changes make Fortnite a better battle royale experience. These updates are starting to get more frequent as well, which just shows how much Epic Games cares about the community.
As it stands today, Fortnite is one of the best free games you can experience. Who knows how much better it will get in several months or a year’s time? One thing is for certain: There is always something new to look forward to.

The Witcher card game is shutting down on PS4, Xbox One

On Dec. 9, developer CD Projekt Red is shutting off support for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There will be no more updates, expansions, real-money purchases, or matchmaking support beginning on Dec. 9; an update will “freeze Gwent in its current state.” CD Projekt Red said both console versions will remain “operational” with limited functionality until June 9.CD Projekt Red Ending Support Of Card Game GWENT On Consoles.

CD Projekt Red said it will continue to support the PC and mobile versions of Gwent — the most popular platforms for the game, according to the developer. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can copy their account progress over during a six month period — from Dec. 9 to June 9 — if they want to transfer accounts over to another platform.
Gwent launched on iOS in September and an Android port is coming soon. CD Projekt Red said in today’s announcement it didn’t believe it could “support a growing number of different versions of Gwent while improving feature parity between them.”
“When we launched the console versions of Gwent back in 2017, our intention was to provide console players with the same level of support as their PC counterparts,” CD Projekt Red said. “However, having just launched Gwent on iOS, and with the Android version coming, the number of supported platforms would significantly increase.”
On Dec. 9, console players will be able to begin transferring their account data — ornaments, Meteorite Powder for Xbox One players, currencies, cards, decklists, levels, ranks, Thronebreaker rewards, and contracts — console accounts to GOG accounts. CD Projekt Red noted that accounts won’t be “merged,” but rather copied over, which means Gwent's progress can only be moved to GOG accounts that haven’t played Gwent yet.
(PlayStation 4 players can transfer everything except Meteorite Powder, which is used for crafting. CD Projekt Red didn’t say why, other than the transfer from PlayStation 4 to GOG is “not possible.” If you’ve got Meteorite Powder, you’ll want to spend it before you transfer, else you’ll lose it.)

What's Going on Between Justin Timberlake and His Costar Alisha Wainwright?

Almost two weeks after Justin Timberlake was photographed getting close to his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright, the singer is speaking out. Justin Timberlake Releases Statement Addressing Alisha Wainwright Infidelity Rumors. Timberlake denied any rumored affair in a public apology posted to Instagram on Wednesday, Dec. 4. The singer directed his statement to his wife of seven years, Jessica Biel, writing in part, "I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation." (Bustle reached out to representatives for both Biel and Wainwright on Timberlake's new statement, but did not receive an immediate response.)

Photos first emerged of Timberlake and Wainwright holding hands on Nov. 23, sparking rumors of an affair. Rumors the singer is now unequivocally denying. "A few weeks ago, I displayed a strong lapse in judgement," the singer admitted on Instagram, seemingly acknowledging the photos of him and his co-star getting close. "But let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar." He went on to add that he "drank way too much that night" and regretted his behavior.

Timberlake, who posted the statement without caption, also explained that he decided to speak out now, almost two weeks after the photos first surfaced, because of the harm the reports were doing to his family. And, despite insisting that nothing happened, he took the opportunity to apologize to his family, particularly his wife and their young son, Silas. "This is not the example I want to set for my son," he wrote.
Justin Timberlake has been a hot topic of conversation online this weekend after being spotted in New Orleans holding hands with someone other than his wife. Timberlake has been married to actress Jessica Biel since 2012, and the couple shares a son called Silas.

Timberlake was photographed on the balcony of a bar in New Orleans, along with his current costar in the movie Palmer, Alisha Wainwright. Here's what we know about the rumors so far.

JUSTIN APOLOGIZED TO HIS WIFE.

The singer continued, "A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgment — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son."

He ended his apology by writing, "I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be." Case closed.

How to Lose Weight Fast: 3 Simple Steps, Based on Science

There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast.
However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied.
If you don't have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly.
The plan outlined here will:
  1. Reduce your appetite significantly.
  2. Make you lose weight quickly, without hunger.
  3. Improve your metabolic health at the same time.
Here is a simple 3-step plan to weight loss tips.

Cut Back on Sugars and Starches

The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs).
When you do that, your hunger levels go down and you end up eating much fewer calories.
Now instead of burning carbs for energy, your body starts feeding off of stored fat.
Another benefit of cutting carbs is that it lowers insulin levels, causing your kidneys to shed excess sodium and water out of your body. This reduces bloat and unnecessary water weight.
It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (sometimes more) in the first week of eating this way, both body fat, and water weight.
This is a graph from a study comparing low-carb and low-fat diets in overweight or obese women.

Vitamin B-Complex

Why you need it: B-vitamins have many anabolic properties separately and have often been the subject of supplementation. Hereby I think of Niacin (B3), Pyridoxine (B6) and Cobalamin (bulking pills). But people often forget that for a lot less money they can get better gains by getting a B-complex which combines all of them in optimal doses (50-100 mg, there is no way you need 500 mg of Niacin). This harnesses the synergistic effect of B-vitamins which means better digestion and absorption of carbs, protein, and fat and the fact that they comport themselves as enzymes in many bodily functions. You can't overdose on them anyway since water-soluble vitamins are readily excreted if you have too much.
How it works: In the stomach, B-vitamins will release and control gastric juice, help absorb and digest macronutrients, which in turn get more out of the things you eat. Next to that all of them have a host of individual properties. B6 is a good liver-protector, B9 is good for absorbing things in cells, B12 is needed for energy and so on and so on. If we could get all our nutrients from food easily and eat enough, this would no doubt be my Nr2 supplement. If you are a person who can eat big and watch his grocery bill and you have decent genetics, a B-complex and multivitamin is all you really need to grow.
How to use it: Take these with a meal as well, but not at the same one as your multi. Take one serving (with 50-100 mg of all B-vitamins) immediately after your meal. Say you get your multi, like most people, at breakfast, take one serving of B-complex after lunch.

Desiccated Liver

Why you need it: Desiccated liver is a veritable staple in bodybuilding, it has been around since the 1950s and was strongly popularized by the late Iron Guru, Vince Gironda. Gironda saw the enormous potential of the liver. After all, it's a great source for additional amino acids to begin with. It's also rich in all kinds of vitamins, especially B-complex vitamins. It is also a potent source of Iron, something most people on a diet high in calcium will be thankful for. I drink 1-2 gallons of milk a day when bulking so obviously I get a lot of calcium. P450 is a liver-protecting enzyme that is also found in glandular desiccated liver. So it's a versatile source of nutrients for next to no money. The desiccated liver also has a bit of a water retention effect when bulking, allowing more nutrients to be stored and used in the body. I once saw someone gain 7 pounds in 7 days, mostly water, but consequently, turn it into a tremendous lean mass gain over the next couple of months.
How it works: The extra bio-available amino acids provide a worthy ally in your battle against catabolism, whether making an already high protein meal even higher in protein with an excellent ratio of amino acids or supplying some amino's between meals to keep nitrogen and GH levels high throughout the day. The extra vitamins are a bonus in today's world of processed foods, and if you get a lot of calcium in your diet, odds are you'll benefit from the rich source of iron. Combined with all the pills people tend to stack these days, a hefty dose of P450 and vitamin B6 is not too much luxury for the health-conscious bodybuilder.
How to use it: Pick a good reputable brand that marks the contents of its tabs in grains, because otherwise, you have no way of knowing how many grains you have to a gram. A good brand could be Uni-Liver by Universal, which averages 30 grains per tab. Take three doses of the stuff daily, with meals or between meals for nitrogen retention. For mere a mere addition, use 3 times 2-4 tabs (60-120 grains), for those seeking maximum benefit and better recuperation, three doses of 4-6 tabs (12-18 grains) would be better suited. At this rate, a batch of 500 tabs still lasts you a month and should run you no more than 10-12 bucks. A great deal if you ask me. This is definitely one of the products I most strongly recommend.
